IT Senior Security Engineer
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining, Monitoring and Troubleshooting LAN, WLAN and VOIP connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
- Maintaining switches and routers.
- Overall responsibility for network security and protection against unauthorized access and malicious attacks
- Install all network related hardware and software in the office (modems, routers, internet cables, firewalls etc.)
- Perform troubleshooting in case of network related issues
- Provide technical support to all employees experiencing difficulties accessing the network
- Update software and hardware ensuring the correct and constant functioning of the network in the office
Senior Business Development Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Business devolvement Manager in building and maintaining relationships with governmental and private universities
- Follow up on the implementation of the cooperation between EBI and Universities and Governorates different entities
- Explore new areas for collaboration between EBI Universities and Governorates.
- Market for EBI programs and services at the Universities and Egypt governorates.
- Conduct regular visits to governorates and universities to manage the relationship.
- Coordinate and follow on the internal procedures at EBI to guarantee smooth implementation of all initiatives with Universities and governorates.
- Organize promotional events at Egypt Governorates and Universities in coordination with EBI stakeholders.
