Job Description

  • Responsible for Setup and update employees’ files & Record employees master data on HR system to ensure all relevant papers/ documents are properly filed
  • Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and Make sure that all governmental documentation records of employees are up to date.
  • Revise and maintain attendance system, Payroll Variable entries on HR system. (Leaves , Permission and sick leave.
  • Regularizing the Sick Leave, annual lave and all related HR issues according to the Egyptian Labor Law
  • Preparation of periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested
  • Participates and actively contributes to the other HR initiatives in the areas of compliance, training administration, benefits, health and wellness, and employee relations
  • Resolve employee conflicts in a fair and tactful manner and act as a liaison between the HR department and other company departments

Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor degree in Business or Law
  • Certificates: HR Certificate is preferable
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred in FMCG or related manufacturing industries
  • High degree of personal initiative with good planning and organizational skills; multi-tasking is essential
  • Basic knowledge of laws governing labor relations and labor conflict resolution techniques
  •  Good Command of English language
