Job Description

  • Implement human resources & company policies.
  • Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain Employees files, documents & paperwork.
  • informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules & working conditions.
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
  • Update daily employee database and files.
  • Oversee and handle the staff attendance.
  • Assist the HR Manager in all functions.
  • Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Experience From 1 year to 3 years in real estate field.
  • Excellent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Has good knowledge about HR Functions.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
