Job Description
- Responsible for the reclaim of all equipment parts disassembled in the disassembly workshop.
- Supervising Machining department.
- Supervising QC department specialists and evaluating their performance.
- Ensuring all QC inspections and all dimensional measures are performed according to Baker Hughes Procedures.
- Calibration of measuring tools and devices in all workshop departments in addition to handling calibration third-party visits and maintaining the calibration master list.
- Training of technicians on quality control and machining activities.
Job Requirements
- Job Location:
- – Um Zeghyou – Amreya – Alexandria.
- Production Department Graduate with min. grade Very good.
- (0-5) years of experience in Quality Control. (Preferable oil and gas sector)
- Metrology Course with minimum grade very good.
- Advanced Machining experience
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent awareness of Microsoft office at least (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Six Sigma qualification if exist.
- Any other Quality management and quality improvement courses if exist.
- Attention to detail (detail-oriented character).
- Team leading and communication skills with technicians.
- Working under pressure.
- Data gathering and statistical skills.
- Analysis/Critical thinking/Problem-solving skills.
