Senior Data Analyst (Retail CRM)
Job Duties:
1. Generating all required analytics, incentive and regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hocks) that support CRM and digital department for tracking the overall applications performance.
2. Manage campaigns implementation E2E on CRM platform.
3. Monitoring and Tracking campaigns results supported with new recommendations based on deep analysis to improve results.
4. Identify new cross/up sell opportunities based on the pattern of customers historical purchase or defined hints.
5. Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets, identifying actionable insights and recommendations.

Senior Digital Performance officer
Job Duties:
Build performance marketing strategies, KPIs and forecast, develop a plan and execute to achieve growth results.
Work on growth hacking strategies according to ALEXBANK digital sales funnel to maximize customers acquisition, increase conversion rate and reduce churn rate.
Responsible for attracting qualified traffic to ALEXBANK website and Mobile Applications (Mobile Banking, Ma7fazty and ALEXPOINTS).
Full A/B testing on all analytical tools and creating test scenarios on Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK and Facebook Pixel.
Responsibility includes both acquisition and retention marketing. Plan and execute ads on performance media such as paid search, affiliate and retargeting as well as develop programs and campaigns to increase customer engagement and lifetime value through brand’s owned media such as Website, Emails and Social Media.
Integrate customer databases with marketing behavioral data to unlock new strategies and optimizations.
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide actionable insights and make recommendations to improve the customer journey on site/off site and grow total business.
Strategic management and optimization of channels to meet revenue, ROI, and CAC goals
Develop campaigns using local insights and based on understanding of global strategy for best execution and outcome in the local market.
Identify new and innovative marketing technologies and trends and create opportunities for optimization, with a focus on improving conversion and personalized communications.

Required Qualifications & Special Skills for the Job :
5+ years digital marketing including performance marketing experience at consumer/retail sectors, banking sector is a plus.
Proven track record of success as demonstrated through sales growth.
Proven experience in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook Pixel and Facebook SDK).
Must be well-versed in website analytics (GA) and CRM data management tools, in order to analyze consumer insights and behaviors.
Experience in managing campaigns on Google AdWords/ Facebook Ads/ Email Marketing
Experience in managing customer lifecycle.
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail required, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize for highest ROI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Must have experience scaling spend and acquiring new channels
Must have strong analytical skills
Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment

Senior Regulatory Reporting Officer (Accounting Department)
Job Duties:
Prepare and review the required reports by CBE depend on the frequency of the reports (daily, Monthly, quarterly and annually).
Ensure strict adherence with the CBE instructions and Bank’s policies and procedures.
Communicate with different bank departments to collect the required data to prepare the CBE reports (Basel II, LCR, NSFR, 1410, 1500,6000 and 720 and 730).
Handle the communication with CBE in terms of support with the required analysis and clarification, if needed.
Assist with external auditor and regulatory examinations.
Support in the automation project for selected reports to be extracted from the banking system directly.
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience in regulatory reporting “CBE in Egypt” in Banking Sector.
Experience in core banking systems.
Preferable to have professional certificate (CPA, CMA or Dip IFRS).
Very good experience in f Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

IT Security Engineer
Essential Skills & Competencies:
Full awareness and accreditation of international ICT security standards such as ISO27K and PCI-DSS and IC Governance standards as well.

Job Duties:
Implement Alexbank IT Security Policy across systems with different teams within ICT.
Monitor the security patching process and deployment across all appliances/servers connecting to Alexbank network to prevent possible intrusions / vulnerabilities / risks.
Track security rules changes and review changes on firewalls, anti-virus software and passwords parameters, to identify any risk points that might make information systems vulnerable to attacks.
Proactively monitor networks and equipment behaviors to detect abnormal patterns and respond quickly to determine root cause and deal with any threat; Analyze reports generated by the monitoring system to identify trends that might indicate a future risk
Maintain and review Users identity and logical access management through received role-based access matrix and selected solutions.
Participate in post security incident reviews and identify and manage follow-up actions where required
Mange and Administrate for Mail and Internet getaways as well end point solutions.
Take personal responsibility to proactively manage own work to ensure that responses to internal customers’ requirements are within timescales stated in Service Level Agreements.
Report security and access violations trade-off studies to recommend methods on countering threats to systems
Prepare monthly Security incidents, assessment & Activities tracking report.
