Job Discerption:
- will be in charge of handling UK Customer queries regarding their Airplane tickets
- help our UK customers to Book their Hotel accommodation
- Per travel and after travel inquires
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a MUST !
- Grads only
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts Morning Max shift ends at 9 PM
- Rotational Weekends
- 5th settlement
Offer:
- salary: 5280 EGP basic + € 60.00 granted bonus (to be calculated based on the currency rate)
- € 100.00 KPIs (to be calculated based on the currency rate)
- 10% Increase on Basic after 6 Months of Hiring
- Social and Medical insurance for 200K a year
- availability to get promoted in 6 month period
- Refer a friend program UP to 1000 L.E a Month
- Rotational shifts and weekends
- 5 working day 2 days off
- 9 working hours including 1 hour break
