– Bachelor’s degree.
– Experience: 2 to 3 years.
– Excellent in Microsoft Office.
– Excellent English and Arabic language skills (Speaking and Writing).

Your Deliverables:
• Learning Facilitation; deliver learning interventions to our customers applying our engaging facilitation method
• Ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
• Get certified and accredited on our flagship programs; Getting Things done, Who Killed Creativity, Change Cycle, Streamlined certified, Back of the Napkin, Talent Activator, TOPSIM Business Simulation, Eagle’s Flight, Crucial Learning modules.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in our workshops
• Maintain a minimum score of 85% learner satisfaction, 85% Net Promoter Score and 100% in punctuality in your learning deliveries

• We will prep and brief you before delivering to any customer in order to fully understand the culture and learning needs of the audience you will be serving.
• All our programs have very detailed facilitator guides that will support you to deliver the content in the best form
• You will have a Master Facilitator assigned to you who’ll be helping you through your certification and will be supporting you if any challenges arise for you during your delivery.
• You will have access to a video library that has videos of Master Facilitators from Our Company and around the globe delivering our content.
• All our programs have very well-designed PowerPoints, visual aids, learner materials and exercises.
• All the materials needed to deliver a given program will be pre-packed and given to you with ample time before your delivery. It is a hugely exciting time to join us at Our Company.
