Job Description:

  • Provide support to the management team within a company’s sales department.
  • Responsible for performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications.
  • Handling sales and pre-sales coordination.
  • Responsibility for project documentation.
  • Handling CRM
  • Consistent reporting (revenue actual against forecast, deviation), sales.
  • Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Organize meeting and arrange appointments.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadline
