Etisalat UAE is hiring for Artificial intelligence & chat bot Account (English Account-Morning Shifts)
The scope of the account is that we contact the customers (outbound calls) who had an unsuccessful interaction with the virtual assistant to resolve any pending problems that wasn’t tackled by the virtual assistant the first time.
Work Conditions:
Salary 5250 egp (4450 basic net,800 kpis)
Maximum shift ends at 7 pm for both males and females
Social and medical insurance
Free Mobile line
Training paid
2 days off one fixed on Friday the other one is rotational
Location : Maadi degla
Males and females
Max age 32
Graduates only / clear military status for men
Fluent English speakers
Soft & communication skills is a must
