Customer Service Representative for Top Business Group
Customer Service Agent is required for a 6 months renewed Contract in an international governments and diplomatic missions worldwide Company located in New Cairo
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Gross Salary: 5800
Vacation: 2 days Rotational.
Rotation Shift: Morning shift 08:30 am till 04:00 PM – Night Shift 04:00 PM till 11:00 PM
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
Customer Service Experience or Training is Preferred
Presentable appearance and attitude.
Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to withstand the pressure of work.
High customer service orientation.
Very good Command of English in both written and spoken.
Main Job Duties:
Handle customer/applicant queries personally
Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing
Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy
Record & maintain all application data, ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
Ensure all administration and logistics for passport delivery to consulate /applicant /logistic company
inform the applicants about the available Value-added services an ensure delivery of value added service options to applicants
