Admin Agent at Schneider Electric
Support Customers and the Sales team with order
processing, general pre-sales & post-sales queries, stock levels,
credit information, logistics and basic product information with the
objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customers
Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.
Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
Handle customer requests from offer creation till order delivery.
Provide first level of customer support (phone, email, chat,..)& customer visits
Provide Customer support related to:
Commercial Support (Price & Availability , Product selection, Catalogue questions)
Logistics: Order Entry / Mgmt
- Returns Handling (Admin)
- Proactive Information to customers
- Marketing support
Promote our Schneider digital tool related to the customer support & responsible to engage the customers to use it
- Lead Continues improvement action to bring efficiency on our daily operations & enhance customer experience
- Handling customer complains & close follow up with all stakeholders till complain closure.
BSc. degree in Business Administration
- English Fluent Speaker
- MS Office platforms (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.)
- SAP Knowledge is a must
- 1-4 experience in relative field
- Good level of communication skills
- Problem solver
- Strategic thinking
- Multi tasking
- Customer centric mindset & able to deal with angry customers
- Must be resilient and not easily overwhelmed by numerous requests from customers.
