Customer Account Manager (Remote) at Mico World Limited
- Responsible for the performance growth of the affiliated agencies according to the indicators set by the company;
- Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the agencies and the anchors, coordinate with relevant departments and deal with and follow up daily problems;
- Integrate internal and external resources, be responsible for hunting new external agencies and anchors, promote, guide and train new and old agencies to master the relevant policies and systems of the platform;
- Cooperate with the operation department to promote the agencies to participate in large-scale platform activities and self-organize small agency activities;
- Assist in the analysis of competing products, collect relevant market information, and complete relevant research tasks;
- Complete other tasks arranged by the line manager on time.

• Can work under pressure and be able to accept irregular shifts and work on days off
• Bachelors degree and above, fluent in English
• Age between 24 and 30,
