- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communication engineering, or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in IT Technical Support Function.
- Good level in English: Writing and speaking.
- Problem-solving, Decision Making, Communication & Presentation skills.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
