  1. Responsible for answering all customers’ inquiries via WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls and ensuring that every customer is served in an efficient, thorough, and courteous manner.

Job Requirements

  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts & weekends as required.
  • Working from Maadi’s office.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good command of Excel, and Google sheets/docs.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
