  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Increase the customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Customer care oriented.
  • Call Center experience is a must.
  • GDS experience or Amadeus Basic course is preferred.
