Job Description:
- Consult with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then match the needs with available properties.
- Draft, negotiate and follow through with the execution of new lease agreements with new tenants.
- Provide guidance and direction to site-specific leasing issues.
- Conduct background and position checks and verify other references as directed by the Leasing Manager.
- Prepare leases for Leasing Managers review and approval; obtains signatures from Top Management and tenants.
- Coordinate in move-in dates, materials, and processes.
- Create, develop, and maintain waiting lists as needed.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract tenants as assigned by Marketing Department.
- Meet the tenants and solve their issues if any founded.

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field (shopping malls is a must)
- Strong negotiations and leasing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in English.
