We re Sutherland and we are now seeking Technical Support Associates (CSR) to support our newest Flagship program, a leading telecommunications, cable and internet service provider.
Aiding the customers with their Technical related queries over the phone.
- KPIs up to 1.5K
- Overnight Allowance up to 1.4K
- Educational Support up to 25K (Quarter Top Performers)
- Loyalty Bonus up to 20K per year
- First Year Profit share up to 9.2K

Location : New Cairo , 5th Settlement.
- English Fluency is a MUST (B2/C1)
- Experience in the same role is a plus
