• Job requirements (Customer Experience Agent / Reservation Agent):

– A relevant college qualification.
– Two years of experience in ticketing, and fare policy, preferable a pervious airline experience.
– Two years of experience in customer service with ability to meet the company’s SLA.
– A good experience in customer engagement through the Social Media different platforms.
– Strong knowledge about aviation products.
– Advanced Amadeus user with a minimum of two years of experience.
– Excellent selling skills.
– Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
– Excellent written skills, Arabic and English.
